Ruth has been on the ecollar doing Lesson 1 (Informal Recalls off-leash) for nearly two weeks. She has done exceedingly well and is quite comfortable with the ecollar pressure. So, I knew I could easily take her understanding of that 'pressure' and the two weeks of Informal Recalls "Ruth, HERE" practice every day, and use the ecollar for her formal Recall "Ruth, Come". It didn't take but a few very low corrections for Ruth to connect the mental dots and recognize the ecollar pressure also applied to a formal Recall.
Then, Ruth worked some in my Titling a Dog Class, got fed, and went to bed. It was a very good training session. I was quite pleased with how fast she is grasping concepts now.
