Well, I had trained students that I showed my daily protocol for my dogs while I was gone. My good student Kim took care of Redd and Ruth, along with her Decker, Kara, in our guest house. Kim fed them twice a day, got them 'Suit up' for Pack Runs, and did ALL that I do as normal everyday protocol for life.
Including the off-leash work? Yes as I've trained Kim this entire summer on how I strengthen a dog's obedience through the simple act of feeding, going outside, loading into my truck, unloading out of my truck, Pack Runs, and all of that in reverse. So, the everyday obedience is greatly strengthened by requiring this obedience drills all the time, here, there, and everywhere.
As you can see from these two short videos, Ruth retained 100% of her prior training despite me being gone. WOW.
We are now onto Week 8 and I will upload that section shortly.
